We have put a great deal of thought into the food we serve. We run the kitchen ourselves, which gives us direct control over the quality of the products we purchase. The ingredients we use for our dishes are primarily regionally sourced, and the vast majority, both meat and plant, are directly sourced from local farmers and an integral part of the agricultural and culinary traditions of South Tyrol. Each day, the chef and his team prepare dishes which express the traditions and culinary finesse of our land and assisted by nutritionists, prepare healthy menus that follow the guidelines of the Mediterranean diet.
We guarantee optimal nutrition tailored towards the patient’s state of health and based on medical instruction.
We pay particular attention to the following: nutritional risk, malnutrition, bedsores and obesity. Our menus are seasonal and change every four weeks. We always offer two options for both the first and main courses and include side dishes, fruit or dessert, and a variety of standard alternatives.
Naturally, we cater towards allergies and food intolerances.
